Feelings of Anger
Rage Ephesians 4:26-31
Be angry and do not sin; do not let the sun go down on your anger, and give no opportunity to the devil. Let the thief no longer steal, but rather let him labor, doing honest work with his own hands, that he may have something to share with anyone in need. Let no corrupt talk come out of your mouths, but only such is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that is may give grace to those who hear. And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were seal for the day of redemption. Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor, and slander be put away from you, along with all malice.
Annoyed James 1:19-20
Know this my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger; for the anger of God does not produce the righteousness of God.
Bitter Hebrews 12:15
See to it that no one fails to obtain the grace of God; that no “root of bitterness” springs up and causes trouble, and by it many become defiled.
Hate Proverbs 15:1
Refrain from anger, and forsake wrath! Fret not yourself; it tends only to evil.
Grumpy Colossians 3:8
But now you must put them all away: anger, wrath, malice, slander and obscene talk from your mouth.
Jealous James 4:11
Do not speak evil against one another, brothers. The one who speaks against a brother or judges his brother, speaks evil against the law and judges the law. But if you judge the law, you are not a doer of the law but a judge.
